KSRTC is mulling to expand its fuel chains and will have the largest petrol- diesel pump chain in Kerala within a year. The corporation will increase the number of ‘Yatra Fuels’ pumps to 40 from the present 20 pumps.
KSRTC has 69 fuel pumps of Indian Oil Corporation, 4 pumps of Hindustan Petroleum and a pump of BPCL.
The ‘Yatra Fuels’ pumps were recently launched in Thiruvananthapuram, Kilimanoor, Chadayamangalam, Cherthala, Munnar, Chalakkudy, Muvattupuzha, Kozhikode, Guruvayoor, Thrissur, Paravur and Mavelikkara.
The move is to support KSRTC in non-ticket revenue.
