It seems like the Malayalam film industry is tightening the shoes for a race. With the government lifting restrictions on theatres, several films are getting ready to hit big screens. The month of March would definitely see some biggies creating waves in theatres, after a long time. That said makers are trying to be early birds to catch the momentum. It is now reported that, Kunchacko Boban starrer ‘Mohan Kumar Fans’ are being preponed to March 19th, though we are yet to receive an official confirmation.
This Jis Joy directorial was planned to hit big screens on March 26th; on the contrary, some sources even reported that the movie might hit only in the month of April. It is believed that makers of ‘Mohan Kumar Fans’ wanted to avoid a clash with the release date of yet another Chackochan movie – Nizhal’, which is also around the corner. In a nutshell, March will see a number of highly anticipated films, starting with the Mammootty – Manju Warrier starrer ‘The Priest’.
