Land Rover is reportedly getting ready to launch its first ever luxury convertible SUV in India. The Range Rover Evoque Convertible is all set to be launched in India on March 27. Unveiled at the 2015 Los Angeles Motor Show, the Range Rover Evoque Convertible is a four seated SUV, with a fabric roof in Z fold mechanism. Essentially having a fully automated the roof stows in 18 seconds; it can be raised in 21 seconds.
There is a Roll – Over Protection Device featured all over bars hidden in the rear bodywork. Well, there is a 2.0 liter Si4 petrol, a four cylinder engine – developing a power of 237bhp; the peak torque figure stands at 340Nm. The luxurious outing from Land Rover India is expected to be priced at around INR 80 Lakh.
