The government has announced a concession on lock-down on Eid Al Fitr, a Sunday. Special concessions have been announced in addition to usually permitted work on Sundays. The bakery, textile shops, confectionery shops, fancy stores and shoe stores can remain opened from 7 am to 7 pm.
On the other hand, meat shops and fish shops can be opened from 6 am to 11 pm. Inter-district trips are also permitted for visiting relatives in accordance with the stipulated safety measurements. The government also asked the public to strictly adhere to the break-the-chain norms, including social exclusion and masking.
