‘KGF: Chapter 2’ continues to create box office records worldwide and has revived the film industry post pandemic. The Yash starrer has reportedly crossed the 500 crores mark from all the regions within a span of 5 days and as per the reports, the film minted over 28 crores solely at the Kerala Box office within 4 days of its initial release.

It is also to be noted that KGF Malayalam has beaten the record of the Mohanlal starrer ‘Odiyan’. ‘Odiyan’ collected Rs 7.25 crore on its first day while KGF 2 minted Rs 7.42 crores on its initial day. However, ‘Odiyan’ could not garner more collections due to mixed reviews from the audience.
With grossing over 28 crores at the Kerala box office within 5 days, ‘KGF: Chapter 2’ became the all-time highest-grossing, another language film in the state. The film was distributed by the actor-producer Prithviraj Sukumaran under his home banner.
Not only Malayalam, but there are also several theatres in Kerala, screening the Tamil and Hindi dubbed versions of the Prashant Neel directorial action thriller. ‘KGF: Chapter 2’ is receiving a tremendous response from the audience and fans alike. The film also features the actors Sanjay Dutt, Srinidhi Shetty, and Raveena Tandon in pivotal roles.
