Minister of Agriculture, VS Sunil Kumar has gone self quarantine, as he attended a function, which was also attended by a covid positive person. Reportedly, an Asha worker participated in the function, which took place in Thrissur. Later when the test results came, the samples of the Asha worker turned positive. It was then that the Minister decided to go home quarantine. The decision was taken last night and the Minister is right now observing a home quarantine at his residence in Thiruvananthapuram.
While commenting on the move, Minister said that it was an important function, and he couldn’t have missed it. Apart from him, everyone who participated in the event too would have to observe a home quarantine period.
