Mohanlal will be teaming up with the renowned hit maker Shaji Kailas for the upcoming film titled ‘Alone’, and according to reports, the film will skip theatrical release and will be directly streaming on an OTT platform.
Director Shaji Kailas reportedly said in an interview with an online media channel that his upcoming Mohanlal starrer ‘Alone’ will be directly streamed via an OTT platform and the reports also suggest that the streaming date is scheduled for the month of August this year.
According to the reports, ‘Alone’ will tell the story of a man named Kalidas who gets stranded due to pandemic lockdown as he travels from Coimbatore to Kerala.
‘Alone’ is scripted by Rajesh Jayaraman and the cinematography is done by Abhinandan Ramanujam. Jakes Bejoy is roped in as the music composer for ‘Alone’.
