Because this is the birthplace of Krishna. Hindus cannot change the temple. But KK Muhammad said that Muslims can change the mosque.
The Muslims should voluntarily give up these lands and help the Hindu community to build the temple.
If Gyanwapi and Madurai are given to Hindus, it will lead to closer relationship between the two communities,’ said Mohammad.
Muhammad also says that India remains a secular country because it is a Hindu majority region.
In 1976, KK Muhammad was present at the excavation of Babri Masjid under the leadership of Bibi Lal. Muhammad later said that temple remains were found in the mosque during excavations.
But the Supreme Court had said that there was no evidence in the ASI report to substantiate the claim that the mosque was built after demolishing the temple.
