Veteran actor Nana Patekar has been away from the silver screen for quite a long time. The notable actor however, will make a solid comeback with an interesting project titled ‘The Confession’. The film is directed by Ananth Mahadevan and will showcase Nana Patekar playing the lead role.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh made the announcement with an introduction video which gives a glimpse of an empty courtroom and Nana Patekar emerges while sitting in the confession box.
Nana in the video says, “I have seen the face of truth, even heard its voice. I know the truth but won’t accept it. I am ready to give up my life for it.”

‘The Confession’ will be bankrolled by Narendra Hirawat, Pravin Shah, Sagoon Wagh, Ajay Kapoor and Subhash Kale.
The 71-year-old actor had allegedly landed into trouble after actress Tanushree Dutta accused of sexual harassment in 2018. However, he was cleared of all the charges by the Mumbai Police due to a lack of evidence.
