The Supreme Court has dismissed a petition filed, by a group of students seeking scarping the upper age limit for NEET 2018. The petition was filed, when the students found CBSE had imposed an upper age limit on candidates appearing for NEET 2018. As per the notification released by CBSE, it mandated that students must come inside the age bracket of 18 and 25. However, last year the court dismissed the upper age limit, citing that CBSE had no power in deciding the upper age limit.

Well, commenting on the possible difficulties which the verdict could have on CBSE, the apex court maintained that the District Collector or the Commissionaire would wield the helping hands. NEET 2018 is all set to take place on 6th May, 2018.
