NEET UG 2018: CBSE removed age restriction clause

In line with the Delhi High Court, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has removed the age restriction clause for NEET UG 2018. As per the previous notification, the age limit clause stated that a UR candidate applying for NEET UG, should not have completed 25 years of age. In the case of SC/ST/OBC categories, applicants should not have crossed 30 years of age.

Along with the removal of the age restriction clause, CBSE has also announced that candidates from NIOS/State Open School class 12 passed candidates with Biology as optional subject, too are eligible for applying NEET UG 2018. Last date to apply for NEET UG 2018, is March 9.
