Director and actor Vineeth Srinivasan says that the molestation allegations against Nivin Pauly are false. He told the reporter that Nivin was with him on the day the alleged molestation took place and that he had the pictures as evidence. Vineeth said that on December 14, 2023, Nivin was on the sets of the movie “Sani Paruri” and Nivin was with him till three in the morning on the 15th. The shooting was in the middle of a large crowd. Was at Crowne Plaza in the afternoon. There was shooting at Crowne Plaza till dawn. Then there was the shooting of the pharma web series. Nivin went to act in this. The shooting was in Kerala,’ said Vineeth Srinivasan.
The young woman filed a complaint against Nivin saying that he was harassed by offering an opportunity to act. The Ernakulam Onunkal police have registered a case under the non-bailable section. A case has been registered against six people along with Nivin Pauly. Nivin is the sixth accused in the case. The complainant is a native of Oonunkal.
At present, the case registered by the Onunkal police will be handed over to a special investigation team. The police had recorded the woman’s statement the other day. The complaint is that the harassment took place between November 1 and December 15 last year. According to the complaint, he was offered a job in cinema and Europe and was then taken to Dubai and tortured by adding drugs to his juice.
