The launch date of the OnePlus 8 series, the long-awaited front lineup, has just been revealed. The company has shared details about the launch in a dedicated post on their OnePlus forums. The company has also revealed a 10 second teaser video for the launch of the smartphone.
There are reports that the company plans to launch the OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro. The company has recovered some of the key features of the OnePlus 8 series in the forum post. OnePlus CEO Pete Lowe explained that their flagship smartphone lineup will include 5G connectivity, a display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and more. As mentioned in the leak, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC is introduced in the smartphone.
Recent reports have revealed that many details about this frontline smartphone line-up have already been leaked online. It includes features, design and different color options. As mentioned earlier, the OnePlus 8 comes in three different color options. It includes “Interstellar Glow”, “Glacial Green” and “Phoenix Black.”
The smartphone series is set to earn the much-needed IP-68 rating for its Dust and Water Resistance. Another report has already revealed that OnePlus also plans to bring back the X Series as the new OnePlus Z line-up.
