OnePlus has started rolling out the OxygenOS 5.0.1 software update for its two models – OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T. The new update, which is available as OTA download, has got the latest December Android Security patch as well as Qualcomm’s aptX HD Bluetooth audio codec as well. The Wi – Fi hotspot device manager and ‘adaptive mode’ are the two other interesting features, which you would spot with the latest update.
Well, Google Play Protect has come up with a warning message for the OnePlus users, which asks them to uninstall ’FactoryMode’. The message is believed to be in line with the widespread complaint made by OnePlus users over its alleged data collection activity of its users without permission.
