Vigilance report on Palarivattom overbridge construction, suggested that the bridge needs to be reconstructed. The FIR prepared by Vigilance has informed the court that a huge scam has been involved due to the malpractice of the contractor. A total of five people are included in the FIR submitted by Vigilance, in which RDC Company MD Sumesh Goyal is been marked as number one.
Vigilance report has included the names of 17 people linked with the scam. The Vigilance report has also suggested of levying the amount of reconstructing the overbridge from the contractor.
