Much awaited Megastar flick ‘Peranbu’ will finally grace theatres in February. Prior to the commercial release, the movie has gone onto meet widespread critical acclaim during its screening from various international film festivals. The movie, which marked the return of Mammootty to Tamil films after a long gap, is also one of the most anticipated releases in 2019, despite not being made to fit into the commercial realms.
However, it is now learnt that the movie would have a special screening in Kerala, prior to its wide release in February. The ‘Panjajanyam’ Film Festival, which is about to take place between January 25 and 31, will see ‘Peranbu’ being screened. The festival also features a number of popular films from Tamil and Malayalam film industries. Going in line with the makers words, the trailer of the film will be released on January 5th.
