DGP Loknath Behera informed that people, who are entering the state by train, would have to strictly follow the quarantine guidelines issued by the state government. The state police head informed that it was found that a section of the people ends their journey before their destination and catch other modes of transportation – Which is against the guidelines. People also visit in between places during their journey to home, said Behera.
Loknath Behera maintained that people, who enter the stat by all modes of transportation, would have to serve quarantine period. DGP further added that the state would employ police volunteers for ensuring the quarantining of incoming people.
