Applications are invited from eligible students from Scheduled Tribe category, for applying to the post metric scholarship awarded by the Central Govt. The central scholarship is meant to aid ST students studying across private institutes in Kerala as well as students studying in govt./aided institutes outside the State, who are essentially not eligible for the scholarships by the State govt. The notification for the scholarship further states that the family income of candidates should not exceed INR 2.5lakh per annum.
