In an effort to predict flight chart schedules, Google has introduced a new feature – ‘Google Flights’. The service is going to be highly useful for users in knowing the important details regarding a flight journey. Using Machine Learning, ‘Google Flights’ predicts flight delays and finds cheapest fare in any route. It will be using the ‘Historic Flight Status Data’, which Google’s machine learning algorithms predict flight delay, while it also uses the weather data.
The latest tool from the tech giant also offers flight booking feature through third party suppliers. While announcing the new feature, Google officials stated that ‘Google Flights’ emphasizes on ‘Basic Economy’ – a relief for budget travelers.
