Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited the Guruvayur temple to attend the wedding of Suresh Gopi’s daughter. The sculpture of Guruvayurappan was dedicated. Weights were made with lotus buds. Tantri Chenas Namboothiripad Devaswom President Pofa Vijayan welcomed the Prime Minister who arrived at the Guruvayoor temple in Kerala attire. He spent about an hour at the Guruvayur temple. After returning to the guest house, the Prime Minister took some early rest and attended the wedding of Suresh Gopi’s daughter.
At the same time, the Prime Minister reached Guruvayur by helicopter from Kochi. BJP state district leaders and others received the Prime Minister on his arrival at Guruvayur. A heavy security system has been put in place in Guruvayur. After the marriage of Suresh Gopi’s daughter, he will also visit Triprayar Sri Rama temple.
