The Indian Railways has reinstated unreserved coaches in six trains plying via Kerala. It will also be reinstated in 20 other trains by October 28.
The development comes in the wake of increasing crowd in general compartments.
In the unreserved coaches, passengers can book tickets in the morning with low rates as compared to the sleeper coaches. Those with season tickets can also travel in such coaches.
