BR Shetty has come up with some definite statements regarding his dream project ‘Mahabharata’. Stating that he was ready to invest more than INR 1,000 Cr for the movie, BR Shetty maintained that he would never be going to use the script of MT Vasudevan Nair. In giving interview to a leading national media house, BR Shetty commented that he was not at all interested in going for a legal battle with MT and his ‘Randamoozham’ script.
Informing that he would continue with his current plan of making the film in six languages, including Malayalam, BR Shetty however wasn’t certain about going with the cast – crew members of ‘Randamoozham’ – especially about Shrikumar Menon and Mohanlal. Speaking in a confident way, the producer declared that he would start the shoot of the movie by March, next year.
