The team of magnum opus RRR visited the Statue of Unity in Gujarat on Sunday ahead of its release on March 25. ‘RRR’ thus became the first film to visit the historic monument of India.
The pan-India cast of ‘RRR’ including director S.S. Rajamouli and actors Junior NTR and Ram Charan visited Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Statue of Unity in Baroda. This has generated much of excitement to the fans. Earlier, they had been to Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Dubai for the promotion of RRR. They have also planned for an extensive promotion to target audience from the major potential markets of the country from March 18-22.
Apart from Jr NTR and Ram Charan, the film includes Ajay Devgn, Alia Bhatt and Olivia Morris, who will be seen in pivotal roles while Samuthirakani, Ray Stevenson and Alison Doody join in as supporting roles.
The Telugu period action drama film is produced by D.V.V. Danayya of DVV Entertainments. In the film, Ram Charan will be portraying revolutionary Alluri Sitaram Raju and Jr NTR will be seen playing Komaram Bheem.
