His ‘Sudani from Nigeria’ has earned rave reviews and is also one of the highest grossing movies of this year in Malayalam cinema. Well, soon then we have seen the actor and the movie hitting headlines for all the wrong reasons also; the actor had came forward with some marked comments citing that he had faced racial discrimination from Kerala. He said that he was underpaid due to his black skin color, which went onto create a huge fuzz amongst the general public. Well, the actor has now come forward with yet another instance, which had caused great grief for him.
By posting a social media meme, which equated Samuel with that of an animal, the actor maintained that he was deeply upset by the kind of derision made at his skin color. He said that he had a number of good Malayalaee friends, but this was something which was beyond his level of tolerance. The actor rated this kind of memes as one of the worst kind of racial discriminatory comments and ideas, he had gone through. The meme, which appeared at ‘offensive Malayalam memes’ page, however is no more in circulation in the social media corners.
