With the need for sanitizing has increased like never before, government is looking for tightening the license norms of the production of sanitizers. Authorities have already received several complaints, pointing out to the production of sanitizer by unlicensed manufacturers. According to the sources, several manufacturing units are running the business without following the guidelines and defying scientific principles.
Isopropyl Alcohol, Hydrogen Peroxide, and Glycerol – the major ingredients of Sanitizers, are reportedly being mixed without following the principles several prominent media houses have done gonzo operations to show the unlicensed manufacturers working in the districts of Malappuram, Thrissur, Ernakulam and Kottayam.
