Eranakulam Assistant District SC Development Officer has issued a notification, regarding the allocation of scholarship amount for SC students studying in recognized institutions. Officials also informed that the scholarship issued for the year 2017 – 18, by the govt. of India has been sanctioned. Those candidates, who are not receiving any other scholarships and whose family income doesn’t exceed INR 2.5 Lakh are considered for the scholarship.
A total of 59 candidates studying across 19 institutions, were selected for receiving the scholarship. While issuing the notice, the SC Development Officer also maintained that the scholarship amount would be distributed amongst candidates via the head of the institutions.
