Geevarghese Kourilos that Niranam Bhadrasana Metropolitan of the Jacobite Church will resign. The Metropolitan announced his retirement through a Facebook post.
It has been decided to resign on the 28th of this month. The Metropolitan also wrote on Facebook that he will be active in the field of social services. Full version of the post –

On the twenty-eighth of this month I am retiring from all official ecclesiastical duties, including the position of Niranam Bhadrasana Metropolitan of the Jacobite Church. He will now live in a house in Anikad, Mallapally. Will be active in the field of cultural and social services. Everyone’s prayers and love will continue to be with you
