Though started off in a positive note, the Indian stock market registered loss by the end of today’s trade. While Sensex lost 413.89 points and finished on 33956.69, Nifty ended on 10046.70 – marking a loss of 120.8 points. The stocks of 1104 companies ended up by gaining, while 1432 stocks finished by shedding some points. On the other hand, 162 companies have remained unchanged.
Except Pharma companies, all the major stock companies registered a dip in their value. BSE Midcap and Smallcap companies have lost close to 1 percent.
