New York: Thirty-one-year-old Melissa Marie Curtis was arrested for having sex with an eighth-grader under the influence of alcohol and cannabis.
The arrest was made in an incident that happened eight years ago. The incident related to the case took place in 2015 when she was a teacher at Montgomery Middle School.
The young man had recently complained that he was sexually abused by his class teacher, Melissa, when he was only 14 years old.
It was on this complaint that the former teacher was arrested by the police. When Melissa was 22 years old, it was found out that she had sexually abused the student more than 20 times after sedating her with alcohol and ganja.
According to the investigation team, the harassment took place between January and May 2015 and Melissa was a teacher in the same school for two years.
The investigation also found that the student was tortured in Melissa’s car and at home. At the same time, the police said that an investigation is underway to determine whether they sexually used other students.
