Kollam: Director Kamal is ashamed of Suresh Gopi, who says that he wants to be born as a Brahmin in his next life.
Kamal also accused him of forgetting that his upper-class consciousness of wanting to be reborn as a Brahmin rejected even his own parents.
Kamal’s words were speaking while inaugurating the NGO Union State Art Festival in Kollam.
“There is my colleague. What did a great actor from your country, this Kollam say? To be born as a Brahmin in the next life.
Shame on us that my friend has become an artist who should be as obscenely ashamed as the man who said India should be named Bharat.
Because when he says that he wants to be born as a Brahmin in the next life, he is guided by a higher consciousness” – said Kamal.
Forgetting that he is denying his family members and parents, how much has this hatred of other religion or caste of his gone?’ Kamal said.
Kamal also spoke about Bheeman Raghu standing up to meet Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan
Kamal also said that Bheeman Raghu, who stood up before Pinarayi Vijayan and showed devotion, did not realize that what he had done was wrong because he had been in the Sangh Parivar camp before.
‘That is the problem of this gang. After descending into it, perhaps he will rise like Bhima Raghu and show devotion.
He did not understand that it was not right to show devotion in front of Pinarayi Vijayan and it was indecent. Because he was in the other camp for some time”, said Kamal.
