Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty is all set to make her OTT debut with filmmaker Rohit Shetty’s ‘Indian Police Force’. Interestingly, Shilpa Shetty’s role will mark the first female police officer in Rohit Shetty’s cop universe. The action series is headlined by ‘Shershaah’ star Sidharth Malhotra, who will play a Delhi Police officer.
The first look of Shilpa Shetty was unveiled by the makers and the picture shows the actress decked up and armed while cars are on fire behind her. The actress can be seen wearing an all-black uniform with a jacket ‘Police’.
Sharing the poster on her Instagram, Shilpa wrote, “Ready to set the OTT platform on fire for the first time. Superrr Thrilled to join The Action King Rohit Shetty in his Cop Universe!”

According to reports, the makers claim that “Indian Police Force” pays an ode to the selfless service, unconditional commitment and fierce patriotism of police officers across the country who put everything on the line in their call of duty to keep everyone safe.
The eight-part series is also the first OTT project of Malhotra. The shooting of “Indian Police Force”, an Amazon Original series in collaboration with Rohit Shetty Picturez, is currently underway in Mumbai.
Earlier, Sidharth Malhotra had dropped a teaser video of the filming of ‘Indian Police Force’.
