Police registered a case against Akhil Marar. The Thiruvananthapuram City Cyber Crime Police has registered a case on the complaint of Shobha Vishwanath, a contestant and finalist of the same season. Akhil Marar himself told the information about the case through a Facebook post. Akhil Marar says that Shobhak has a grudge against him. Akhil Marar's words are as follows, 'I am posting this because of the police notice received by me, the complainant Shobha Vishwanath. Despite asking the investigating officer several times, they could not tell me what crime I had committed. If a woman files a complaint, a case should be filed under crpc section 153. They say that the case was taken because of that.
Another case was filed in the commissioner's office through Child Welfare, saying that a POCSO case should be filed against me. I said I will beat the children. I am the father who is their friend who beats my children till night and does not even shout at them. Dhanya Raman had earlier leveled allegations of very serious charity fraud against Shobha.
