‘Keedam’ teaser directed by Rahul Riji Nair with Rajisha Vijayan in the lead role was released today. They are collaborating for the second time after ‘Kho Kho’. The film also features ace actor Sreenivasan and Vijay Babu in pivotal roles.
The director himself has scripted the thriller. Other actors in the film include Renjith Sekhar Nair, Manikandan Pattambi, Anand Manmathan and Mahesh M Nair. Keedam is produced by Sujith Warrier, Lijo Joseph and Ranjan under the banner of First Print Studios in association with FairyFrames Productions.
Speaking to Kochi Times earlier, Rahul had said, “The film deals with an issue that is quite common, but is generally undermined. There is an element of cyber stalking in it, which is often brushed off by most people. Rajisha’s character is named Radhika in the film. She is a cyber security expert and is well versed in its various aspects, like hacking. Sreenivasan sir plays the character of her dad, who is a public prosecutor. ”
The film is slated to release in May 2022.
