Superstar Suresh Gopi has yet again kept his word that he will donate Rs 2 lakh from the advance payment of his new films to the Mimicry Artistes Association. The actor himself has announced on Facebook that he has transferred Rs 2 lakh from the advance payment for the film, which is being produced by Listin Stephen and Magic Frames.
The cheque was handed over to Nadhir Shah and Suresh Gopi also shared a photograph of the cash cheque. Taking to social media, the former MP wrote, “Handed over the cheque for ₹2 lakhs to the Mimicry Artistes Association (MAA) from the advance amount received for my upcoming film with Listin Stephen and Magic Frames.”

It is during this Onam season that Suresh Gopi announced his support for mimicry artists. Earlier, he had given an amount from the advance of the film ‘Ottakomban’ to the mimicry artists.
Meanwhile, Suresh Gopi is gearing up for ‘Paappan’, a crime thriller film, produced jointly by David Kachappilly and Raaffi Mathirra, directed by Joshiy. Interestingly, the film marks the first time on-screen collaboration of Suresh Gopi and son Gokul Suresh.
