Army personnel from Pangode Military Station conducted a cleanliness drive near Sree Padmanabha Swamy Temple. The drive was part of the Swachhta 2.0.
Under the leadership of Military Station Commander Brigadier Lalit Sharma, more than two hundred army personnel and members of the temple administration participated.
The areas around all the doors of the temple and the ponds adjacent to the temple were cleaned. The cleaning of the temple ponds was done using army boats. 500 kgs of plastic and other non-biodegradable wastes were removed.
