Nani is looking forward to begin 2019 on a positive note, with the actor is placing much hope on the upcoming sports drama ‘Jersey’. Taking to the twitter spaces, Nani has maintained that the teaser of ‘Jersey’ would be released on January 12th. Directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri, ‘Jersey’ will have Nani essaying the role of an ageing cricketer named Arjun. Touted to be riding high on emotional quotient as well as adrenaline rush moments, ‘Jersey’, according to the team, would be a feast for cricket fans.
Kannada actress Shraddha Srinath would be paired opposite to Nani, while the music department is headed by Anirudh Ravichander. Gearing up for releasing on this summer, ‘Jersey’ is been produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi under the banner of ‘Sita Entertainments’. Natural Star Nani is all set to continue his hit streak of 2018 – the year, in which he delivered two superhits – ‘Krishnarjuna Yudham’ and ‘Devadas’.
