They bought the vehicle from Satish Motors Private Limited. They are authorized dealer of Jagor Land Rover Ltd. The warranty was offered till January 2023. But due to Corona and subsequent lockdown restrictions, the car could not be used. The car had many problems when it started to be used later. The sun roof, sound system and dash camera were all having problems. The actress also alleges that on August 25, 2022, after the rear camera malfunctioned, she was hit while reversing. They were reporting all these problems to the dealers. But they dismissed his complaints without even examining them. The actress also says that every problem required constant maintenance.
Meanwhile, in the legal notice sent by the actress, it is stated that her car breaks down during the manufacture and subsequent maintenance of the authorized dealer. The actress says that the car was sent for repair 10 times but even then it broke down and this caused her a lot of mental torture and great inconvenience. They are demanding that they pay Rs 50 crore as compensation for the mental distress they have suffered. After this, they are also demanding Rs 10 lakh for legal expenses. The actress says that this is not enough and the car should be replaced.
