The S-Presto is a mini SUV that Maruti Suzuki has launched in India. Maruti Suzuki has unveiled more exterior and interior photos of the S-Presso which will be launched on September 30th. This is the production model of the Future S Concept that was showcased at the 2018 Delhi Auto Expo and is very similar to the Future S in its design.
The vehicle is manufactured in a boxy design on Maruti’s HartTech platform. The front is similar to larger SUVs. The dual tone bumper, muscular body, chromium grille, skid plate, small but lofty bonnet, and high ground clearance make the S-Preso different. The all-black interior featured orange on the dashboard. The interior features a smart-connected infotainment system and a multi-function steering wheel. The digital meter console sits behind the steering wheel and is in the middle of the dashboard. The company says it will have more space and more boot space.
The vehicle has a length of 3665mm, a width of 1520mm, a height of 1549mm / 1564mm and a wheelbase of 2380mm. The S-Presto has more than ten safety features, including a dual airbag. The S-Presso is available on 13 and 14-inch wheels. The S-Preso is powered by a 998cc petrol engine with a BS6 standard. The engine is powered by 67bhp at 5500rpm. It also comes with a 5-speed manual transmission and an automatic variant. S-Presso will be available in nine variants in the Standard, LXi, VXi and VXi + ranges. S-Preso is expected to be priced between Rs 3.3 lakh and Rs 4.5 lakh.
