The title song from the film ‘Vikram’, directed by Lokesh Kanakaraj starring Kamal Haasan was released on Wednesday. The song sung by Anirudh Ravichander and penned by Vishnu Edavan was released a day before the film’s release.
Meanwhile, advance bookings for the film have been well received in all markets. As of yesterday evening, Vikram had earned around Rs 9 crore through advance bookings. Final pre-booking figures will go up further as the highest number of tickets will be sold today, the day before the release.
The movie is getting good pre-bookings even in Kerala where Kamal Haasan has a huge fan following. The film has 83 screenings in Thiruvananthapuram city alone on the first day. The first shows are at 5 a.m. Many of the first shows have come close to housefull.
Apart from the main cast, ‘Vikram’ also features Kalidas Jayaram, Arjun Das, Gayathrie Shankar, Shivani, and Chemban Vinod in crucial roles. The music is composed by Anirudh Ravichander. It is produced by Raaj Kamal Films International.
