Xiaomi has announced a new set of service before its customers. The all new ‘Mi Service Order Status’ featured on Mi.com, will help customers tracking the status of their repair orders. The online service, which will provide real time tracking facilities, is aimed at delivering the ‘best in class’ service to consumers.
Announcing the same, Mi officials maintained that customers would no longer be required to contact service centers to know the status of their device. Having more than 700 service centers spread across 448 cities in India, Xiaomi is the joint leader of the smartphone market in India.
