Truecaller has announced the ‘Truecaller Backup’ for Android users. The feature will allow users to backup all the important information such as, contacts, call history, block list and settings to the Google Drive. The new decision came on the wake of Truecaller noticing a number of users changing their device on a daily note or migrating to a new SIM card.
While users can customize the frequency of backup, such as on a daily/weekly/monthly notes, Truecaller is planning to expand the service to non Google Drive users as well.
