Actress and TV presenter Meera Anil got married to Vishnu in a simple ceremony on Wednesday.
The marriage took place at a temple in Thiruvananthapuram following the Covid rules. Only close family members were seen at the event. A few pictures from the traditional ceremony came online. While Meera was seen in ‘Set-Mundu’, Vishnu was seen in a ‘Mundu’ and ‘Neriyathu’ The two looked beautiful together.
Vishnu is a businessman from Thiruvalla. The wedding was scheduled for June 5, but because of the ongoing corona issues it was delayed. Reportedly this is an arranged marriage.
Anchor shared in an interview to a newspaper that her parents found Vishnu for her and that she saw Vishnu for the first time on her birthday. “At that moment, I believed in love at first sight. When I got his first look, I knew he was mine. I hugged him and wanted to ask , ‘Why are you late?’
The actress started her career as a dancer with the popular show ‘Hello Good Evening’.
She made her debut in a Malayalam movie with Rajesh Pillai’s Mili. However, Meera turned down several film offers after Mili. In an interview, she said she wanted to give up offers and focus on the TV show.
