Uber is all set to introduce a new feature for the riders. The online cab disruption company is going to offer safe and secure journey for the riders. Riders can now choose only drivers, who have got high ratings on their account. While announcing the same, Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshashi maintained that the movement wasn’t intended for causing troubles for drivers. Adding that a good rating doesn’t converts into the assurance of a good behavior from driver, Uber CEO however commented that they were committed in providing better riding experience for the riders.
However, it is not known whether Uber would be rolling out the feature on a global scale or not; also it has to be cleared whether riders would have to pay extra charges for riding with highly rated drivers.
