US has restricted charted flights from India and the order will come into effect in 30 days. While commenting on the order, authorities from the US maintained that India was yet to lift the restriction of charted flights coming from the US. The decision taken by Indian, on the wake of coronavirus, has reported affected the US flight companies.
Officials from the US also pointed out to the instance of the Air India Tickets being made available for sale in Indians, while Air India charted the Special Flights for taking Indians back to home. US officials maintained that the move from the Air India, breached the country’s policies. The newly issued order added that it would be revoked, once India reconsiders lifting the restriction on charted flights from the US.
