Antony Varghese will be headlining the sports drama film ‘Aanaparambile World Cup’ and the makers on Thursday released the trailer of the film. The trailer hints that the film will be a feel-good entertainer based on football.
Written and directed by debutant Nikhil Premraj, the film also features Saiju Kurup, Balu Varghese, Manoj K Jayan, IM Vijayan, Kumar Sethu, TG Ravi, Adil Ibrahim, Nishanth Sagar, Archana Vasudev, Dinesh Mohan, Lukman and Akhill Menon.
The story is set in a village in North Kerala which is ready to welcome the Football World Cup. The plot of the film revolves around an unexpected guest entering the life of a nine-year-old boy who is a die-hard football fan and the changes that take place in his life.
The film is produced by Stanley CS (Dubai) and Faizal Latheef. ‘Aanaparambile World Cup’ will hit the theatres on October 21.
