The person who sent this message was threatened by the girl and her friends and tried to extort money. Three people including the woman have been arrested in this matter. Salman Faris, 29, of Nilambur Muthukutty house, Jesvin, 18, of Kumali Kunchathodi house, Jeswin, 18, of Kumali Kunchathodi house, and Abhijith, 27 years, of Kumali Kunchathodi house, were arrested by the police.
Jeswin and Salman Faris shared a story on Instagram. It was against this that Akshay, a native of Kottayam, sent obscene messages to Jeswin’s personal account. It was after this that Salman Faris called Aksha’s family and said that if they do not pay 20 lakh rupees, Aksha will be handed over to the police. 20 lakhs was later reduced to five lakhs.
But he sold his sister’s gold and sent two lakh rupees to Abhijith’s account. They again threatened to pay the remaining three lakh rupees immediately.
