WhatsApp has been evolving over the time and gets its customers new updates on a regular basis. Now, this Facebook owned messaging app has come up with a new set of features for a Beta version. WhatsApp beta version number 2.17.437 has got as much as 5 new updates, all of which promises new experience of using this popular application.
The ‘Private Replies in Groups’ is a feature, which allows users to make reply to a particular group member privately, which the rest can’t see. The ‘Picture in Picture’ mode, on the other hand, helps users to multitask, even when they are in the midst of a video call, by resizing the video window.
‘New Invite via link shortcut’ enables group admin to send a link to other users that they can join the group in interesting. This feature is something that is already in existence for iOS app. Up next comes ‘Tap to unblock user’, which is an option that helps users to unblock a particular contact by tapping and holding on the contact. Finally, the beta version has got a ‘Shake to Report’ option. Now, this is a feature, which allows users in reporting problems by just shaking the device. By doing so, the ‘Contact Us’ window of WhatsApp appears before you!
