WhatsApp Business app is all set to hit the Indian space. The app, which meant for small businesses, is already available for free download on Google Play in countries such as the UK, the US, Italy, Mexico and Indonesia. According to the company officials, the new app will make it easy for companies to reach the customers. It also provides a business profile for the customers. Along with the profile displays a host of features such as business description, email, store address and website.
The app will also be packed with quick reply tool and be backed up with statistics – showing its effectiveness. The app is also available in a desktop version as well.
