Cincy Anil says that the owner of Robin Bus has made himself a martyr and is misleading people by hiding the facts.

There are two modes of bus operations in the country.
One stage carriage and two contract carriage..
Stage Carriage is the private bus service that we usually board…it can pick up people at all stops… stop… and operate any way we want…
Contract Carriage is a service that starts from one place and ends at another place only for purposes like wedding or tour…
According to its contract, the person should not be picked up from any other stop.
The private bus owners of our country who run stage carriage services go through a lot of hurdles to get a permit for a bus…
For that purpose, the route, time and bus fare are determined by the district transport authority, the collector and the capitalists after many discussions and deliberations.
A permit for a new bus will be granted only in such a way that the existing buses are not affected.
These are not trivial hurdles…there were about 35,000 buses running in our country till the time of covid..and now it has become only 7000…
We have seen many people in the news etc. who could not survive the financial loss during the covid period and put the bus in their house and sold it at a low price.
Here the bus named Robin is in contract carriage….that bus has all india tourist permit…
No one can stop that bus from Pathanamthitta to Coimbatore…no doubt about it…
But it is a violation of the law to pick up and drop people at the stops in between.

The basic nature of all all india tourist permit vehicles is contract carriage..The legal fact is that people cannot be picked up or stopped at the stops between them…
For example, buses like Kallada, which operate from Kochi to Bangalore, are carrying some people to Thrissur or Palakkad.
But then it is the common people who book tickets without knowing this, who are going to suffer in the middle of the night…
Instead of these buses, we do not have a good transport system… it is a stark truth…
Yesterday, the High Court gave an order to Robin Bus… the decision is to pay a fine and drive it in all the districts where it runs…
What is fate???
I mvd caught me without helmet… pay the fine and drive without helmet???
Did I do something wrong and have to pay the fine?
Did he repeat it to me again?
A judgment like saying..
It is not clear if there is any other reason for it…
Saying that there is a Supreme Court judgment, it is not a judgment to pick up a person at every stop… That’s why the government and mvd are charging fines and impounding that bus..
So if there is a judgment on that bus can the government or motor vehicle department touch him???
There is nothing wrong in starting the industry..The objection is that I want to start the industry by kicking the stomach of other private bus capitalists.

I am requesting the owner of Robin bus here to share it on this social media platform if he has obtained the judgment from Supreme Court to pick and drop people from these stops…
