Fans and audiences are eagerly waiting for the fifth installment to the CBI series, ‘CBI 5: The Brain’, which will hit theatres on May 1.
Ramesh Pisharody’s comment on the film and Mammootty’s response to it at a promotion function in Dubai yesterday, are now making waves on social media. He was funny when he said that he did not know what the climax of the film was. And only after watching the film, he will understand the climax.
Pisharody said, “We, who acted in the movie, need to see the movie tomorrow to understand the story of this. How many times have I asked its director and SN Swamy Sir whether the accused is in fact this person. But Swami Sir would reply me ‘Nee Poda’.”
“And when it comes to dubbing, only the scenes of the particular person will be given. Otherwise the recordist will be fired. At the time of climax, several crew members were changed. The shooting was thus puzzling.”
Mammootty was witty enough to counter him and gave a thug reply. He said that if you listen to Ramesh Pisharody, it seems that even you will not understand the story.
“‘If you watch the film you will definitely understand. If you listen to Pisharody, you will feel that you have to ask us the story even after watching the movie. There is no such thing. We will leave the film only after we convince you exactly what the story is all about,” said Mammootty.
“Why are you misleading people? You were there at the climax, and lying is just a build up. I did not expect this from Pisharody. He was there throughout the shooting. Comes even if there is no shoot (laughs). If you still do not know the story…hmmm.. let me see that Swamy. Swamy should not hear what you said,” said Mammootty.
Meanwhile, Renji Panicker said that Pisharody knows only the climax and does not know the story. Mammootty’s question was Pisharody had infiltrated in the meantime and how knows the story. As part of global promotion, CBI 5: The Brain’s promo trailer was lit up in the Burj Khalifa, Dubai on Friday evening.
